The weekend of May 14th and 15th saw the annual Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling held at the East of England Showground, a bumper weekend of motorcycle action.
PECAM were in attendance with a stand at the show to promote the Institute of Advanced Motorcycling Roadsmart and inform motorcyclist of the benefits of becoming an IAM member and in particular our own local group. New Associates, to enjoy all our events, including: twice Monthly Sunday Ride Outs, Advanced Skills Days, Monthly Motogymkhana and Slow Speed Skills and Evening Summer Social Ride Outs.
PECAM had been contacted by four manufacturers this year to ride Marshall for the test rides of the manufacturers fleet bikes, Royal Enfield, Zero, CCM and Super Soco, which kept our 16 volunteers, who Led and TEC’d very busy, but who all loved the opportunity to ride so many different bikes.
With both the Stand and the Ride Marshalling, it proved to be a very busy weekend for all PECAM Members that attended, but a very enjoyable and successful one.
