PECAM had the privilege of having the Company of Jon Haley, from Ducati, Cambridge, via Zoom for our February Winter Social.
Jon had kindly put together a presentation, giving all that joined, an insight into the upcoming new models on offer from Ducati for the 2024 season.
Thirteen PECAM Members joined the Zoom meeting for 7.30pm from the comfort of their own sofas on a dark, wet winters evening.
The first bike we were introduced too was the New 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS, the model uses the more powerful Desmosedici Stadale engine from the Streetfighter making it the most powerful multi yet! At a cost of £30,000 its not cheap, but comes fully loaded with all the extras.
The next bike to be showcased was the Desert X Rally its most off road capable bike, now with a higher spec, a version that targets even more extreme use than the Dakar! At around £19,000 it’s a bit more affordable than the RS!
Ducati have some updated models and new models on offer for the new season, Hypermotorad 698 Mono which is the first single cylinder road going supermotard by Ducati, simple, lightweight and agile, a true fun bike with racing DNA.
There is also a variety of Special Editions on offer this year, a 30th Anniversary Monster, a 916 Anniversary edition.
For those with very deep pockets, there is the Diavel Bentley, a Diavel V4 and five supersport limited edition replicas.
