For this month’s Winter social evening, Bob Armstrong had planned a fun evening at Puttstars, Peterborough for a night of Crazy Golf and the chance to win the first PECAM Crazy Golf Trophy.
It was great to see so many members and partners attending what turned out to be an excellent evening, full of laughs and entertainment.
We teamed up into small groups and had the opportunity to try one of three courses, depending on ability and skill!?
For those not so sure there was the Novice course, with the Intermediate and the Master courses on offer for those more adventurous.
Score cards were issued, and teams headed off to their chosen course, all of which had challenges, some more so than others, but fun was had by all.
After being suitably refreshed with drinks and pizza, we all headed off for Round 2, choosing a different course, to try our luck on, all of us with the PECAM Crazy Golf Trophy in mind.
At the end when the scores had been tallied up, there could be only one winner!
Congratulations to Mark Bearman who accepted the Trophy from Bob Armstrong with great excitement!
Mark will be the proud owner of the trophy until next year, when who knows who will challenge Mark to the Title of PECAM Crazy Golf Champion!?
