Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Branch of IAM (PECAM) continually promote the benefits of IAM Roadsmart to all Motorbike Riders.
We were invited to an event to encourage more Lady Riders to get on two wheels by Sycamore Motorrad, Peterborough.
Saturday 7th October saw the first of Sycamore Motorrad Peterborough, Ladies Day Events, the event was organised by Team Sycamore to encourage more Lady Riders to take to the roads, with an opportunity to grow their confidence and advance their riding skills, with the support from the PECAM Ladies.
Sycamore Motorrad had on offer their full demo fleet, with a number of lower framed bikes ready for the Ladies to try out.
The PECAM Ladies were on hand to promote IAM Roadsmart and to explain the benefits of joining the Road Safety Charity, in addition to improving your riding skills, PECAM offer additional Monthly Slow Speed Skills and Gymkhana Training, twice monthly Sunday Social Ride Outs and regular Social Events.
The Ladies Event was a huge success, with a fantastic turnout, for both Sycamore Motorrad and PECAM, so much so, Sycamore Motorrad will be looking to have another Ladies event next year.
