Sunday Social Group Ride

Sunday 10th ride out is to the familiar and fabulous Wymondham Windmill. The route out is about 55 miles, heading north around the top of Stamford, up through the Bitchfield Bends and on into Rutland to the Windmill. The route back is slightly shorter, on some nice twisties through to Oakham, around the top of the reservoir, and back through Harringworth, Weldon and the Benefield bends.  If it is dry we will end at the Cafe at Yarwell Mill, if not then No.13 in Wansford. The ride is open to all members and associates with their Observer’s blessing. We will meet for the briefing at Peterborough Services at Haddon (junction 17 on the A1) on the patio between the hotel and the services. Please be there ready to go with full tank and empty bladder for a 9:15am briefing.
