Seven bikes attended this evenings social rideout, led by Tim Helstrip.
After a short briefing about the rideout and a refresher to the new drop off signalling method, which was enthusiastically received.
We assembled and set off towards Wansford, due to the number of riders, Tim decided on the buddy system of keeping the group together.
At Wansford, I will hold my hand up to not marking a junction (senior moment, lapse of concentration) which meant it was fifteen minutes and a few phone calls to get everyone back together again in Nassington.
Tim adjusted and shortened the route, as it now starts to get dark a little earlier and we continued on.
We had a good rideout, the weather was kind to us this evening and we arrived at the fish and chip restaurant in St Ives, which served excellent food!

After much banter, we parted and made our own way home, though there was some rain by now.
Unusually, shock horror! there were no GSs on the ride tonight, but Mike seems to be enjoying his new K1600!
Thanks to Tim Helstrip for researching and leading tonight’s ride out and to all who attended.
